The WebLink iPad App is designed for member-based organizations using the WebLink Connect membership management systems to conduct mobile commerce by selling new memberships and accepting payments for event registrations when away from the office. You can access key member and event information when you’re on the go to provide greater benefits to your members. Features include:
* Search for profiles and events in one easy to use interface.
* View basic profile information including:
+ Profile name and contact information with links for maps and email addresses.
+ Current annual billings
+ Open invoices
+ Recent contacts recorded in WebLink Connect
+ Business category
* Create a new profile using basic contact information
* Convert a profile from a non-member or prospect to a member and accept credit card, cash or check payment for their membership
* View basic event information including:
+ Event name, date, time and location with links for maps
+ Event description
+ Current revenue for the event
+ Current list of attendees
* Check in attendees who have already registered. Accept payment from those who may owe for their registration
* Create new attendees and accept credit card, cash or check payment for their registration
